Don't worry, if you have any questions that are not on here or need any kind of clarification on anything that is on here, please feel free to ask one of our staff members and we wil be happy to assist you.

Q. How much does _______ cost?
A. Because every job is custom and you're not choosing from a template, all jobs are priced per order. We are happy to give you a quote for anything you need.

Q. How long does it take until I recieve my job?
A. Every job is different. Obviously we try our best to get it to you as fast as we can, but depending on what the order is and how large the job is, different jobs take different time periods.

Q. How do I need to send my artwork to you?
A. Typically, native files are preferred (Photoshop, Illustrator, Publisher, etc.), but we are more than happy to work with PDFs as well.

Q. Do you deliver or do I have to pick my job up?
A. We are happy to deliver our finished printed products in the greater Everett area. However, if you are outside of our delivery zone, we do have shipping options (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

Q. What if I don't have a design?
A. Not a problem, we have a graphic designer in our office and offer design layout as well as logo creation and type-setting.

Q. What is CMYK?
A.CMYK is the four colors used in 4-color process. It stands for Cyan (c), Magenta (m), Yellow (y) and Black (k).

Q. What is the difference between offset and digital printing?
A. Offset printing is a widely used printing process that transfers an image, or 'offsets' an image, from a plate then to a rubber blanket, and finally to the surface of the paper. Using a 'water mix' we are able to keep the nonprinting areas ink free.

Digital printing is another widely used process that is 'plateless'. This process prints digital images onto a surface an allows for a different image to be printed in rapid succession.

Q. What is the difference between 4-color process and spot color?

A. 4-color process is the combination of CMYK (above) to create a full range of colors. Spot colors, or PMS colors (Pantone Matching System), are individual colors designated with numbers. These colors are mixed using a precise formula for each color.
